No, the only items that we would like for you to move are "breakables" such as plants, lamps, etc. We will move the other pieces for you and then place them on foil tabs that you just remove after the carpet dries.

No. We have a truck-mounted system. We carry our own soft water on the truck and carry away the wastewater when done.

No. We pre-treat all of the carpets, paying special attention to any stained or high traffic areas.
